  • How do I know how my property is performing?

    You’ll have access to our owner’s portal, which provides real-time insights into your property’s performance, including bookings, occupancy rates, and earnings. 


    We also use trust accounting systems, so your final payouts are fully transparent with all costs clearly displayed — giving you complete visibility over your investment.

  • What happens if I don’t receive any bookings in a month?

    We charge a small base fee to cover essential software and operational costs, usually under £150. However, it’s worth noting that in all our years of running serviced accommodation, we have never experienced a month without bookings on any property we manage. 


    Our business model is incentive-driven — if you don’t make money, neither do we. This keeps our focus firmly on maximising your occupancy and income every month.

  • What are the benefits of serviced accommodation over traditional renting?

    Serviced accommodation delivers much higher returns compared to traditional letting, as guests are willing to pay a premium for flexibility and short-term stays. 


    Properties are professionally cleaned and inspected at least once a week, unlike traditional rentals where inspections are typically every six months.

    Income varies based on your property’s size, features, and location. However, most properties managed by us achieve 2–3 times higher returns than standard long-term rentals.

    We use advanced guest verification technology, including facial recognition and ID checks, to ensure all guests are genuine. We also take a damage deposit from every guest, providing additional protection.
