Walter is a highly experienced property investor and consultant with over 15 years in the industry. He has built a seven-figure portfolio across Scotland and England, covering serviced accommodation, buy-to-lets, student housing, commercial properties, and social housing. Walter is committed to ongoing education, regularly training with top UK property mentors to stay ahead of market trends. Alongside his property success, he also works as a Programme Manager for a leading global bank.
