With a strong background in engineering and motorsport, Elliot spent over a decade in the industry, including Formula 1, where he contributed to 7 World Championships and secured major sponsorship opportunities.

Daniel is an experienced property investor and landlord, active in the industry since 2015. He specialises in transforming underperforming properties into high-performing assets through a strategic and detail-driven approach. Alongside his property work, Daniel has enjoyed a distinguished career in motorsport, winning 7 Formula 1 World Championships with Mercedes Grand Prix. His success across both industries reflects his operational precision, strategic vision, and commitment to long-term results.
