Our story

Our team has been active in the property sector since 2010 and entered the short-term accommodation market in 2019 after identifying a gap in Warwickshire for high-quality short-term rentals, particularly for corporate clients.

Frustrated by the existing options, we founded HOMEHOSTS. Today, we’re proud to be trusted by numerous international companies to host their employees visiting Warwickshire.

We offer spacious, comfortable properties in prime locations, while also catering to traditional holidaymakers, who remain a significant part of our customer base.

Elliot Taylor

Operations director


Elliot has been active in property investment since 2019, concentrating in buy-to-let properties and "back to brick" renovations. He has completed various property training programmes, including a year-long mentorship with commercial to residential conversion experts Equa Academy. With a strong background in engineering and motorsport, Elliot spent over a decade in the industry, including Formula 1, where he contributed to 7 World Championships and secured major sponsorship opportunities.

Daniel King

Acquisitions director

Daniel is an experienced property investor and landlord, active in the industry since 2015. He specialises in transforming underperforming properties into high-performing assets through a strategic and detail-driven approach. Alongside his property work, Daniel has enjoyed a distinguished career in motorsport, winning 7 Formula 1 World Championships with Mercedes Grand Prix. His success across both industries reflects his operational precision, strategic vision, and commitment to long-term results.

Walter Goba

New business director


Walter is a highly experienced property investor and consultant with over 15 years in the industry. He has built a seven-figure portfolio across Scotland and England, covering serviced accommodation, buy-to-lets, student housing, commercial properties, and social housing. Walter is committed to ongoing education, regularly training with top UK property mentors to stay ahead of market trends. Alongside his property success, he also works as a Programme Manager for a leading global bank.

Guest Relations Manager


Abigail has worked in the hospitality industry since 2011, gaining hands-on experience with a leading international hotel chain. Her background spans front office operations, guest services, property management, and revenue optimisation. With a passion for creating memorable guest experiences and a strong focus on efficiency and performance, Abigail brings adaptability, attention to detail, and a people-first mindset to every part of her work.
