What is your cancellation policy?
We offer flexible cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific terms during the booking process for details on your selected property.
Do you offer a discount for longer stays?
Absolutely! We typically offer a 20% discount on stays longer than 28 days, and an extra 10% discount for stays exceeding 7 days. Plus, when you book directly with us, we save on platform fees—and we pass those savings on to you.
Can I book through Airbnb or Booking.com?
Absolutely! Our properties are available on all major UK booking sites—Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and more. However, if you want to avoid the hefty commission fees (which can be as high as 30%), your best bet is to book directly with HOMEHOSTS. By skipping the middleman, you’ll lock in our lowest direct rates—and we’ll make sure you get the first-class service you deserve.
Can I modify my booking?
Yes, you can modify your booking by contacting our support team. We will assist you with any changes needed.
Are pets allowed in the properties?
Some of our properties do welcome pets. However, it’s important to confirm pet availability when booking, as not all homes can accommodate them. If your reservation is pet-friendly, please be aware there’s an additional fee and some extra conditions. If a pet is brought in without prior approval, unfortunately we may have to end the stay. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to discuss pet options before you book.
